Service center needs a good qa+qc review, they are dropping the ball at crital points and giving false information to the customer. Technicians work was excellent, but my recall job involved a long parts delay and scheduling snafu by the service planner. I spent two hours waiting to pick up my RZR when they had called me the night before to say it's done and ready to pick up. Nothing was done when I arrived. Would have awarded one star, but they got on it while I waited, so some redemption given. This will cost them profit; I'll take it to Carter next time.
