The staff was nice and this is a good hotel (gym, pool, good hot breakfast, mini-store). The rooms are nicely furnished with a kitchenette or a kitchen (depending on what you book) with basic cooking supplies. The couch is super comfortable for either children or adults to sleep on. There are plenty of lighting fixtures throughout the room. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. There are 2 sinks in the unit which is great. Wifi is included and works great.
CONS: 1. it's remodeling (loud noises on the 1st and ground floors) time and 9-5 the elevators are being occupied by construction crew, which means you have to wait longer for the elevators, 2. confusing entrances which means that you need about 7 minutes to exit the building (first two floors you have to take one set of stairs or elevator and then you have to go along a long hallway until you get to a different set of elevators) , 3. for those of you who might be bringing a pet, their fee is 100 per stay and they don't give you bowls or a pet pillows, 4. bathtub water builds up in the tub, 5. there is one computer station (business center) and the printer does not print pdfs
