This is my third try at a Las Vegas Shabu Shabu/ hot pot place and for some reason shabu shabu in Las Vegas tends to be on the pricey-side for what one would expect.
Came here and got the Prime rib in Samurai portion (7oz for $24.99) with the pork (tonkotsu) broth which costs $3 extra. Had the brown rice and asked to replace udon with clear noodle but that wasn't an option. Personally, I believe the meal had too much carbs and was quite scant with the actual protein and vegetables which was disappointing to me. The ponzu dipping sauce, which I generally liked a lot, was lacking in yuzu flavor and sodium soy-sauce heavy.
The meat was fine but the broth leans on the salty side. The green tea was kind of interesting as it had came in a cool contraption which allows the liquid to stream down to the cup when placed over the rim.
If I had anything positive to say about Yojie, it is that service was excellent. The lady who served our meals was really friendly and prompt.
