  • It's a Ritz...what do you expect? Service was great, location was convenient and staff made you feel appreciated. We were given welcome treats for the adults and kids. They kids got a free movie. All wonderful and appreciates touches This location (at leas one of our rooms) was a bit worn and the bed / pillows were lacking. I have stayed here before and had a different experience. I know they would have made a change if I asked but I did not bring to their attention. We were in the room much and was not a big deal. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
