  • During the stay in the Sandman hotel, I was bitten by the BED BUGS late September 2015. I spoke to the receptionists and showed them the red itchy spots all over my arms. However, I was referred to my travel agency. I asked for a full reimbursement for the two night. No one ever apologized to me or get back to me. This is unacceptable!!! I wanted to enjoy my stay in Canada not to bring bed bugs into my house and not to suffer from ugly dots all over my body and itching.
