  • Liar liar, pants on fire. They raise my bill, I call, spend 20 minutes getting answers and ALWAYS have to cancel or threaten to cancel to get it fixed. I'm tired of it. They lie. The make promises they don't keep and pass me around like badly rolled joint. No can fix anything, just "hold please" while they pass the buck. I am sitting in a Cox Solutions Store as I type this waiting to cancel my cable service. I have to wait of course. Can't do it on the phone, you could die they would make them wheel the coffin in to cancel the account. Idiots.
