  • This is your standard Embassy Suites, but it's in Cleveland so it's already a notch or two below nearly every other Embassy Suites in the country. I hate to generalize and embrace my bias against Rust Belt cities, but the dirty pillow on our bed, the ratty comforter cover, the slow service and the single towel allocated to our room confirmed my pre-conceived notions. The only problem is, I don't think there's any better alternative in the immediate vicinity. At least the room was a suite."
