  • I am writing this review not only as a parent but also a member & employee at Sportball. I have worked for Sportball Az as a coach for over 3years now. I couldn't be more happier in the line of work with this company than I am now. Derek & Emily are extraordinary amazing owners/bosses. I can't say enough good things about this pair. They truly care about their employees greatly!Their training director Ryan, who is also amazing, has trained me to be the coach I am today. I've never worked for a company that has more compassion about what they do until I started working for Sportball. This company has not only opened my eyes to coaching children but also inspiring them with multiple skills & fundamentals. Sportball has touched my heart by seeing the children's faces light up & smile when they get excited from learning something new & then succeed at it. Speaking as a mother of 2 & competitive sports parent - Sportball has taught me to take a step back & focus on caring more about the skills, coordination, balance, & comprehension in multiple areas of sports ,rather than just focusing on one sport competitively. It has taught me that all sport skills intertwine with each other in some way & even at a very young age, the basic teachings of sports early on helps grow that child's overall confidence & success. Learning these things just helps them later in life become greater at what ever they choose to do...or be:) I love my job. I love the employees whom I work with. I love the kiddos I coach. As a Sportball coach, I've seen a lot of amazing things happen in my classes. I'm highly honored to be working here:) Thanks Sportball!:)
