rev:text	There are 16 hidden reviews of this business at the time I'm writing and 12 of them are one star negatives. Yelp hides them all. If this one gets past them, keep that track record in mind. This is a low end "spa" which offers frequent Groupon deals to attract customers. I was one of those suckers. I would say you get what you pay for but on second thought, if you pay someone $200 of your hard earned cash you might reasonably expect good service in return. Think again. First: it is unhygienic. Until recently they performed their body treatments on a spa bed covered in a towel which was not changed between clients. They have switched to disposable paper covers but they still don't disinfect equipment between customers. Second: a service which would take 20+ minutes when performed by a trained technician elsewhere will be "done" in 3 minutes here. Third: you will not see any results at all and will realize after a few sessions that you've wasted your time and money. The staff are generally polite but pretty entitled. I once asked one of them to give me change for a $20 and was putting $5 in a tip envelope (which seemed appropriate considering my service was done in 3 minutes) when the technician grabbed the $15 in front of me and walked away, feigning great surprise when I told her that no, I was not planning to tip her 5 bucks a minute. I asked for a refund from Groupon and got a partial credit, which is fair enough, I guess. I'll use it more judiciously in the future.
