I had the same experience with the guy that answered the phone.
I purchased a groupon and checked out their website. I noticed on their site that it showed a lot of kids. My husband and I don't enjoy children, so we try to schedule carefully so everyone can enjoy themselves. I called to see if I could schedule a time to come when the place wasn't full of kids. The man that answered was apparently in a super hurry and kinda rude and told me to call back and ask for someone else to schedule my lesson.?. Why would I do that? I'm already on the phone with you now? Groupon dollars wasted :-(
