  • BEWARE ****BEWARE****BEWARE****BEWARE*****BEWARE***** --------- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ---------- ?Am glad I did not decide to use them. I had Mark Jamison (estimator) come out to look at a botched up job from a previous contractor, and he tells me, "this is the best that will be done". This construction company is looking for 'cookie cutter' style homes and wants to do the minimal job with the maximum profit jacked up. At first, he agreed to send me an estimate for the work to be done. After three weeks of waiting, I decided to call and find out the status of my estimate. Mark said, "Remind me which home is this? What's the property address?" Then he proceeds to tell me that he is slammed with work and "most likely won't be forwarding an estimate". Great customer service Mark - well done. If THIS is how you treat prospective customers, I can imagine what issues your real customers have when they sign along the dotted line.
