| - I am an avid Target shopper, I eat breathe and live Target and am constantly talking about my support for their company. This location is the location we (now used to) shop at the most and where we spent all of our wedding gift cards at getting the items on our registry. However, today we needed to make a return, brought the original receipt original box and packaged it exactly as it came and everything and were told that because the box serial number and the mouse serial number didn't match that they couldn't help us. We were then told it was nearly impossible for it to be a mistake on their part because if it was returned previously I wouldn't have been put back on the shelf and that would be the only way it wouldn't match. This was a mistake on their part for not making sure it matched when we bought it. We were embarrassed, basically called liars in front of everyone, all over THEIR mistake. After the manager went to the back for a long time with our original receipt, ( I'm sure to check the security footage for that day we bought the item), making us wait forever and a day, he handed the receipt back to the cashier and said it was fine to return and just walked away. Not apologizing for how he spoke to us or how he embarrassed us. Needless to say, I will still shop at Target but I will never ever return to this location. I have already called cooperate and made a formal complaint but just thought everyone else should know that if you plan to make a return, they will do everything in their power at this location to embarrass you in front of everyone, even if you are an extremely loyal and avid shopper with their store.
