  • I recently selected Paint Masters to paint the exterior of my house after seeing the number of great reviews here. And now I'm adding my own. The process started with Alan coming out here to get the information needed to make the estimate. 2-story stucco house, 4 HOA-approved colors to use. I'm new to the area and new to stucco, so I had some questions, which he answered. As we did the walk-around, I pointed out some stucco cracks I wanted repaired, an unused satellite dish I was planning to get removed, and he asked about painting an unused doggy door that I was hoping to get sealed off. Not surprisingly they included stucco repair as part of their work. Pleasantly surprising was that they could also take care of the satellite dish and doggy door (extra charges, but quite reasonable - the dish removal cost about only 1/3 what a standalone job with someone else would have cost me). A few days in advance of the scheduled start date, they pressure washed my house, included in the price. My brother used to be in the pressure washing business, and I know what he charged to wash a house, which made me appreciate Paint Masters' final price tag all the more. Mother Nature didn't cooperate on our scheduled painting day, dumping the first rain in four months on us. But the work was quickly rescheduled. Their carpenter came out to close off the doggy door a day ahead of the painting crew. The painting crew of four was right on time. They were professional and incredibly efficient. In addition to the stucco repairs and painting, they moved landscape rock and dirt away from the foundation to do a complete job (and keep paint off the rock). They even wrapped a neighbor's black car in plastic to protect it just in case a breeze came up. Knowing how long it takes for me to mask and paint just a bathroom, I was originally skeptical when told they could finish the painting in a day, but the team was pretty systematic as they moved from one task to the next. By 4 that afternoon, the painting and cleanup was done, and we did the final walk around for me to inspect their work. I thought the price was quite reasonable, the work was excellent, and communication throughout the process was very good. I highly recommend Paint Masters.
