rev:text	I really wish that I could give a better review. I have lived in this area for years and have often shopped at Safeway. I had no idea that albertsons bought them out but that would explain the why it has been transitioning to a less then classy store. The cake that I ordered last week from the bakery was NOT the cake that I had asked for, for example, I asked for chocolate, it was white, I asked for a fudge filling and ended up with mouse of some sort. Tons and tons of butter cream with mounds of fake frosted flowers. I had asked for real flowers and was willing to pay extra, even offering to go get them myself from the floral department. Which brings me to the next bummer. Floral department did not have my order ready on time. They completely forgot me til I showed up. So now they are under some pressure and did not bother to read the order form for the changes that I had made the previous night. Yes the bouquet was pretty but not what I had wanted. Did I mention this was for my wedding? Normally I shop at Basha's or AJ's but wanted to try something different since I felt Safeway had a pretty nice floral department and I love the bakery. So needless to say when my now husband and I reached our destination, Flagstaff, I reached out to a different baker and florist to redo my cake and flowers. Safeway you lost me! One final note the past few times that I have experienced the meat department the people have been less then kind. I have felt like more of a pest. Once again Safeway, you have lost me!
