  • Let me first start by saying: I would never go out of my way to harm a business's reputation, particularly female owned. I feel obligated to write a detailed review to prevent anyone else seeking a spray tan from visiting this business. I purchased a $30 spray tan from Sunkissed Tanning and Boutique and when I went into the room, I saw that the machine looked a bit outdated. I decided I didn't want to risk using this machine because I have a big event this weekend and sometimes older models are unpredictable (my intuition was right.) I kindly asked the front desk girl to refund me my money to which she replied that it was not in their policy to issue refunds for any reasons. She then pointed to a sign which enforced that idea. I asked her to please call the owner because I would like to explain my situation. The owner was so incredibly demeaning and rude that the girl was physically shaking and was on the verge of tears upon hanging up the phone. The girl was trying her best to do her job and the owner refused to issue me a refund. I decided I would give the machine a chance and to my horror, I am not covered in uneven splotched and dots covering my entire body and face (that look like small freckles.) I have a picture to show you the results below. I had to go home and shower the horrendous spray tan off immediately and was feeling horrible seeing the girl be treated so terribly by the owner. Another customer walked in as I was showing the front desk girl my horrible results and he was shocked and astounded at my botched tan.
