  • Went to pick up my item today. Sign and website says it closes at 6pm. Showed up at 5:35pm and doors were locked. Called store no one answered. What a poor quality to have for a store. I will not be a returning customer once I receive my items. Went again on 12/19 doors are still locked and sign says open and so do the hours! So this place is taking my money and wasting my time. Finally was able to pick my item (a king comforter). There is now a hole in it that wasn't there before. They didn't get the blood (puppy cut his paw) out. How do you justify me paying $50 for your service if you can't show up to work nor do your job. I will not be returning
