I'm not one to be knowledgable of nutrition so when I went here with my bf who was looking to get more nutrients for his muscles since he does landscaping. We realized after talking with Zac that he should be in taking at least 5-7,000 calories.
ZAC WAS AWESOME!!!!!! Really knew his stuff about muscle nutrition so much I wanted to get some.
We ended up leaving with a more generic brand of protein powder that he suggested but definitely got the amino acids supplement he pointed out to us.
It's been about a week of taking the supplements and I can already feel myself a bit stronger and not exhausted at the end of a work shift.
