rev:text	BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Crooks- cheats- unprofessional!! I hired this company based on "the owner" calling me and saying how he wanted my business and that they were a family owned company and would take care of me. They arrived to get my items and within the first 15 min, one of the guys put a 6 foot scratch in my hardwood floors! They stored my items for 3 months. When the guys arrived at my new house, they came in like bull dozers. There was no hi, we are here to move you. It was barge in, where do you want this? Many of my items were dented and scratched. The supervisor was such a PIG! He was rude, loud, nasty. They lost two cushions of my outdoor sofa and damaged a floor lamp. Their inventory keeping in pathetic. They didn't number anything. There wasn't a check off system of any sort. The supervisor was so rude to me that he brought me to tears. The guy (Troy) who had me sign the paperwork said that he wrote everything down and took pictures. He would take care of the damage and that I wasn't signing off on anything. When I called the next business day to check on a resolution, I was told that they conveniently didn't have any recollection of the damage or cushions- "they didn't exist!" When I told them that I was going to write a negative review of they didn't remedy the situation, the supervisor said he would sue me! He then called me a Bi*@$ and hung up the phone! Don't waste your time! RUN RUN RUN from this company! Crooks! Liars! Cheats! They need to be call Always UNPROFESSIONAL in moving.
