  • WARNING!!!!!! WARNING!!!! Sex Offender Alert! This company was assigned by our landlord (Park Avenue Properties) for basic work. Took them over 4 weeks (and several calls) to finally get someone to the house. Then, apparently because they are short staffed, the owner sent one of his buddies to do the repair. This sexual deviant proceeded to pull out his member and approached my wife outside in broad daylight. His name was DANIEL ALLEN and he has been reported to CMPD for sexual deviance. BEWARE OF THIS SEXUAL DEVIANT!!!! It was bad enough that we had to wait so long, then this dime-store operation sends out a sex offender. If I see this guy ever come close to our neighborhood again, I will call the police or possibly drag him out of our neighborhood by myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHODDY OPERATION.
