  • Great assortment of meats and great guys working here. Everything produced here is a result of green, sustainable farming. They truly live and breathe their values. Got 2lbs of prosciutto that was tastier, buttier, and overall more delicious than the prosciutto I'm used to. However, I wish it wasn't so fatty. We had several slices where it was 75% fat.
