Shitty customer service. They have a monopoly on the area due to some law and it shows. It's either them or Cox where I live. CenturyLink upped their price, didn't notify me about not making full payments (due to their price increase, despite their "price for life" ads), and disconnected my service (not suspended). Then, they told me it would be 24 hours to re-activate. The next morning I get an email that the earliest they could schedule it was 6 days from then. I called, they could do nothing. That's super fun when you work from home and need Internet. Then guess what happened?? They didn't show up 7 DAYS LATER. Now I'm told I have to wait 2 days and there's "nothing we can do."
Please god, do yourself a favor and go with Cox. I will not be staying with this horrible company.
