  • Wow! I just have to say, these guys are outstanding! In the auto industry it is rare that you come across a shop with such outstanding and professional service. I called the shop this morning with a bent wheel on my Audi, they told me no problem and if I dropped it off they would have it back by tomorrow! I thought "damn, 24hr turn around was so ideal!" Well, these guys took it to a new level when they called me just a few hours after I dropped the wheel off telling me it was finished and ready to be picked up! So, I went and picked it up before the shop closed today, they had cleaned the wheel and showed me (all) the spots the wheel was bent and how they corrected it! To take it a step further they also rebalanced the wheel! (Every time you dismount a tire from a wheel you need to rebalance the wheel before reinstalling on the vehicle.) Most shops would just counter balance a wheel (wrong way to balance) These guys actually took the time and static balanced (THE RIGHT WAY!) which tells me they know what they are doing! When I brought my wheel in they said it was 140 thousandths out of round (pretty bent) a brand new wheel typically is + or - 30 thousandths out of "perfect round" (by nature and mechanics nothing is ever perfect) They were able to get my wheel within 20 thousandths!! Which is "better than new" They quoted me $100 dollars without even knowing how bent it actually was, when I picked it up it was exactly what they quoted me! I LOVE IT. They do what they say! The wheel is back on the car and road tested, if I could give these guys 6/5 stars I would! Take your business here!! I will recommend everyone I know to this shop! Thanks guys!
