  • Horrible experience! Smooth salesman on the phone. I scheduled a pick up later in the day on a Friday and the guys showed up late then gave us BS about it costing more because the clerk only wrote that we had 14 items, & it would 've dark soon and their truck had no light to see inside. The next day they showed up and were totally careless with wrapping large furniture, made poor use of space in their truck and damaged several items. The salesman said they are to rake apart bed frames and reconstruct at the new location. They did not do this and destroyed my sons crib, scraped my kitchen table, & got grease on my new mattress despite having it in a large plastic mattress bag. I had to file a claim for damages and it takes months!
