  • Still can only rate them a 1 start instead of 0 stars, called to see if i can get my money back from the gift certificate because my spouse has since died of brain cancer and I feel this company stole the money since they never allowed him to use it. He told me that i needed to stop talking and listen to him and i could do what ever i wanted to try to get my money back but he will never refund a gift certificate. He told me I could use the gift certificate if i wanted but he will not refund money ever to anyone. I told him that was possibly illegal and he told me he did not care, told me he was recording the conversation, which I replied, "Good" and then he hung up on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
