  • I usually don't hand down too many 1 or 2 star reviews, but Red Sushi needs some work. Located inside the Golden Nugget Hotel, it presents itself as an upscale sushi restaurant. Truth be told, the food quality is on par with a food court. The shrimp tempura udon was plain. Soup base was too salty. Shrimp and veggies were over battered. Also ordered the California roll and that too was lack luster. It's a little surprising that the hotel lets Red Sushi continue on it's 2-star path. It needs a change in course.
