  • I acknowledged that my groupon was expired when I set an appointment with this company. I asked the lady there, if I could still use whatever I paid the groupon for (groupon states that the paid value does not expire) and I will pay the remaining balance and tip the rest that it does not cover, the lady agreed. When I picked up my dog, I paid with the owner and she said that they do not take the groupons at the moment, next groupon available appointment was the beginning of the year. She told me to use it some other time... As if! I never will return here again! She told me to contact groupon!!! I was already unhappy at that point. This company has the worst customer service EVER since I entered the establishment. First, when I got there, there was a customer there who had an unpleasant prior visit, who returned her dog there to get her baby fixed. When she left, the workers there were blatantly bad-mouthing her with no disregard! It was repulsive. Secondly, there are two doors to get in, it was my first visit so I didn't know if we are allowed to walk right in. The lady at the cash register (as she bad mouthed the last customer) disregarded I was there for several minutes, I had to ask if it's okay to walk in! When I picked up my dog (I was the last person there to pick up my dog) I heard the lady in the back..... SCREAMING and SHOUTING at my dog (I have a little Pomeranian) and heard my dog CRYING! The lady who just picked up her dog was shocked as well, and told me "if that was my dog I would lose it, I'm never coming here again! I'm so sorry". A customer even apologized for the company!!! When the groomer brought him out, she acted like nothing is wrong, and called my dog a sweet cute little guy. What the heck? In addition, I brought my little niece with me. She was horrified, and she cried to her mom and said that they hurt my dog. Seriously, never had such a bad experience in my life. P.S. I read other reviews and they similar issues. To the owner, instead of your passive aggressive replies and your rude and snarky comebacks to your upset customers, why not practice good customer service and listen to your customers, and try to compromise? How immature! Learn how to take constructive criticism!
