| - Booked through concierge at the Westin, but when we arrived, the agent wasn't able to find the booking. Despite being the ONLY customers, she seemed inconvenienced to help us out and not friendly at all (not a SINGLE smile or effort at eye contact) - until she made some calls and realized HER error (the agent who DID, in fact, make the booking, simply missed ONE letter in my last name and despite the REST of my name being spelled correctly, she was adamant that our reservation didn't exist). Suddenly, she changed her tone (and suddenly, half a smile); too bad first impressions are everything. The guy who took us out to the car was an improvement... Unfortunately, we were already both too upset to appreciate his friendlier demeanor. I would gladly pay double the price at another Rental Car company if only NEVER to come here again. Sorry Budget, too little too late.
