  • One of the finest dining experiences around. I've been coming here for over 10 years and it's only gotten better. The food is sublime and well-orchestrated. The sea bass was sweet, tender and went so well with the delicate soba noodles and bok choy. The short rib ravioli a culinary delight! Bursting with flavor, but not too salty or overpowering. The dark chocolate brownie with salted caramel sauce and cinnamon ice cream literally melted on our mouths. The centerpiece of Auerole is the 4 story wine tower. Hannah retrieved our wine like a gymnast, suspended from a cable doing backbends. We enjoyed a delicious chablis that perfectly complemented our meal. The dining room is elegant and classy, but contemporary and not stuffy. If really is a beautiful restaurant that is perfect for any occasion that you'd like to enjoy with a date, friends or even colleagues. The price is reasonable for being such a nice restaurant. We love Auerole and will continue to come here when we visit Las Vegas. FiIt's a great place for dinner before the Michael Jackson One show at the Mandalay Bay.
