If you aren't dressed to the hilt these workers will nag you and side-eye you for asking for samples. Awful customer service and awful treatment of customers. I don't buy anything full size until I know the product agrees with me for a period of a few weeks. These people make you feel less than if you even ask for a small sample . I never had such issues with Lush in the past or in my hometown of San Diego. These people are the worst ! Please hire people who listen and won't judge your customer base! I'll be making a call to corporate.
