I had two visits to the salon with two different stylists. The first time I got a cut and was pleased so decided to go back for a color. Everyone in the salon is super friendly and nothing against them personally but my color was a disaster. I wanted an ombré. I didn't quite get what I wanted but decided to wear it out a couple days and see if It grew on me. Well, the color started to get brassy and orange the next day. It just kept getting worse. I called on a Tuesday to let them know I wasn't pleased. They said the earliest I could be seen was Thursday. This didn't work with my schedule so I was suppose to wait until Friday. No accommodations were made to try and get me in sooner. I couldn't go on with brassy orange hair the whole week so had it fixed. When I called to cancel the appointment with them to fix it I stated I wanted a refund or some sort of credit. I paid a lot of money for professional color and didn't get what I wanted. I told them I had to get it fixed because they didn't try to get me in asap and couldn't walk around with orange hair. The receptionist told me I could've gone to Sally's to get a toner in the meantime. No, I paid your salon for a professional color not to tone it myself. She simply stated she was sorry but no refunds. If they had made an effort to get me in that same day I called or the next it might have been a better situation. You shouldn't expect the client to wait days with disastrous hair and tell them they could've gone to Sally's. I would've been happy with a refund or some sort of credit but nope now I'm out a good chunk of cash.
