My parents and I went to Del Frisco for my mother's birthday tonight. They brought out a nice, little birthday card for her signed by the staff and a cake at the end of the evening. The service was great and the staff was attentive. Here's what I ordered:
Calamari: The calamari has a unique twist to it. The calamari was mixed in with some fried peppers and topped with a black sesame seeds, bean sprouts, and a sauce similar to sweet and sour sauce. I really enjoyed the combination of sweet and tangy with the crunch of the calamari.
Fillet medallions: This entree comes with 3 little medallions with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes. It was beautifully played. I ordered my steak medium-rare and it didn't disappoint! The filet mignon was very juicy and tender.
