rev:text	i wouldnt spend $1-to buy a timeshare,with this company....and you can buy this property on ebay for $1-..i bought 2..for $2-..thats how bad past owners,want outr!!!! i would say stay away at all costs! zero customer service.total waste of time..im livid at grandview. i also own a hyatt..i bought it ,the same day...hyatt bends over backwards for you,while this grandview will tell you to go screw yourself! my maintenance fee bill was lost in the mail....they send your collection account to continental..where they are the meanest people in the world! and thats being verrrrrry nice. do not buy here..dont tour here...dont waste your time or energy, with these documented liars...not to mention,the 1st unprofessional woman i emailed with,that would never say her name.but would smart off,and tell me,i will never be able to use my timeshare...but she still works there? im not paying a 90% late fee! now i wouldnt even talk to the general manager..after 40 + emails with the revenue mgr.were not on speaking terms..2 emails with the hyatt,and everything is perfect..5 star review..my hyatt bill was lost too.....hyatt also sent it to collections,then took it out of collections.on my word to pay ... funk grandview resorts.....scumbags..they shouldnt be in the vacation business!!! i bought vacation to de-stress...they dont care about you! its blah blah blah blah blah,give us more money,type of company.. i did just book 1 week,10/12/2017......i saw on the bottom,along with alllllllllllllll of my maintenance fees.i pay $420 a year for this unit already..they also charge a $25- resort fee!????? what?????? greedy scumbags! i own a 1 bed/1 bath...yearly..$1-cost....$420 yr maint.est-paid....... and a 2 bed/2bath......tri-annual...$1- cost..$130 yr maint est..this is the property,im having trouble with..the 2/2 ..the cheaper maintenance fee..they wont help me ! i will buy 1 or 2 more timeshares..but never would i buy from this property,or company..not even for $1-...they own about 20 properties...i dont want to go to va.or any of their other properties...
