  • I will start off this review by saying I have never stepped foot in viva las vapor nor have I ever been a customer. I have, however, had the great displeasure of receiving text deals no matter how many times I replied stop. It was driving me crazy. I assumed if I called they would be like every other business and not care nor do anything about the problem. Man was I wrong! They immediatly set out to find the issue and correct it. Not even 10 minutes after my call I received a very apologetic call back. It seems a regular had transposed some numbers and my phone number was registered. I bet you she wasn't getting the deals so they dutifully re-enrolled her each time thus causing my epic mental breakdown. Thank you viva las vapor for handling a non customer with such a wonderful response to an unfortunate situation. I plan on doing a Vegas trip soon, maybe I'll stop by.
