I had high hopes for my experience at TRM and I scheduled a 1 hour foot massage, and 1 hour thai yoga massage. I followed the lady to the special area where thai yoga massage is done, and she told me we would start with the foot massage.
Everything was going great until all of a sudden the lady stopped and told me I need to get up and I was being moved. I was so confused...and startled. Why was I being moved mid-massage you ask? Ah yes I was moved so they could massage someone else.
Not only that, but then when I was moved the lady began doing the yoga massage in the chair. This was extremely awkward as the chair slid underneath me and it was unsuccessful. I asked the masseuse why she was doing this on the chair, and she said next time make an appointment. What?? I had an appointment a week in advance!
When everything was done, I went to check out and told the front desk girl I was unsatisfied with my treatment, and her response was simply "sorry". Really, that's your response? A little bit of customer service would have gone a long way...
