  • In the past 2 weeks, I have tried contacting Cleveland Bouncers probably 10 times through various channels and have gotten absolutely no response from them. I have tried submitting the contact us form through their website, calling them (goes only to voicemail, and I have left several messages) and also using the e-mail they have on their website. No one has called me or e-mailed me back. Their "instant quote" feature on their website also is not functioning and errors when you try to submit the quote. I am trying to book them for a school carnival that we used them for last year, and were happy with their services. It's a bummer that they can't get their communication straight and even call or message someone back.
