  • Great experience! I haven't experienced this level of customer service in years in any retail environment. Patrick worked diligently, putting in time to find me a bike that fit me and my type of riding. He involved Cindy who chimed in with a good suggestion for my body type. The techs helped me with the seat height, installed accessories and they made sure I felt safe for my 5 mile ride home with my new Escape 3 bike. I've riding a 1984 TECH (very heavy steal) 7 speed, fat tire beach cruiser. The new fast, 21 gear, Escape with skinny tires was a bit, well...scary; I got over that fast, the bike is a dream to ride and it was a great price! I ordered fenders that arrived today, the owner drove his truck over to my house to pick up the bike so I wouldn't have to ride the hottest day of the year. And, he is trading the seat out for a woman's seat! They really earned the 5 stars.
