At least everything got to my place in one piece. First they scheduled me for the wrong day. Then we had to reschedule for a crazy early time because that's the next time they had available, but I would have made it work. The day of the move, they were over 2 hours late and they couldn't give me updates throughout the process. It's now over 2 days later and I still haven't gotten my bill.
I would have given one star, but since everything arrived undamaged, I gave 2.
Update: When I finally received my bill, I was given a discount for the inconvience of the move. With that, I can tell that the company does care about giving good service. So, I added an extra star because they did go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after the fact.
