If I would give them NEGATIVE STARS I would.I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewers who said that the customer service here is horrible. The office confirmed that they accepted my insurance and booked me for an appointment four weeks later. I called to confirm the appointment the day before, and to triple check that they accepted my insurance, and they told me they did not. They took no responsibility for their mistake. It was Missy in their office with whom I worked. I faxed her all the information, they had it right there in black and white. They tried to tell me they accepted a similar insurance and I told it to them wrong, but I had the facts on my side. Then they tried to throw my family practice doctor under the bus for even trying to send me there! Please, stay away and try another office. You don't need the headache.
