| - These guys are jokes. I had to use them for my home warranty, so i had no choice. They did arrive on time and the tech was friendly, however he "fixed" the problem, but needed an approval from my home warranty company to do a freon test. I thought that was strange because in the 10 years of being with my home warranty company, the tech never had to get another approval to fix something. (I called my HW company after he left and they had no idea what was going on) So the tech left, however he left exposed wires out of the top of my AC. Now I'm no ac expert, but something tells me that exposed wires could be dangerous. So three days later their office calls and says that the home warranty company approved the test and that I would need to pay $385.00 up front incase i needed the freon. I asked the lady why and she tried to sell me that my ac probably needed that much freon. Now again, I'm no expert, but don't you do the test to see if there is a leak first, then fix the leak, then add the freon? I told them no and to come fix the exposed wires, a week went by and nothing, so finally i called the warranty company to explain what was going on, and she said nothing was ever filed with them, that the tech should have done they work while he was there. They called them to get them back out to fix the wires, which pissed the tech off. As he was leaving, he stepped on a sprankler head and it broke, but of course he acted like nothing happened. Long story short, beware of these people. I am going to try to post pictures of the way they left our ac. They suck.
