I would have given 5 stars for the sales people at the Mesa store, both Venus and John were wonderful to work with and they were very helpful. But then came the delivery, we had paid extra for a love seat with a removable back so it would fit through our door. The delivery driver started trying to get the couch into the door, I asked him to stop and remove the back of the couch, he insisted that the back could not be removed then proceeded to shove it into the house all the while screaming at us and his helper. Loud enough that our neighbors came out of their houses to see what was going on. Needless to say he damaged our door, two cabinets and a lamp shade. I sent over an estimate for the repairs on January 12th and have called several times trying get to get an answer, promised calls back but never happens. Still waiting, meanwhile our door binds everytime we try to open it. Anyone have any suggestions? Hate to have to hire an attorney but I am at a loss.
