  • I went in and was instantly helped. They have an amazing customer support. They took it in and I went out in less that an hour. Prices are good. Their products are a little are what I'm very disappointed with. I went through three batteries because my phone was dying fast, but they were under warranty. But after those batteries I got a full refund. They've also ruined the frame of my iPhone. :/ Because U Break I Fix is not Apple Certified, (I was assuming they were) they are considered as "third party repair", The Apple Store nor Best Buy cannot replace my battery or even service anything.
