  • Brian Morris (owner) came out 5/12 to do a survey and told me he would have an estimate to me the next day. I called back a couple days later and he told me he was working on getting me a Memorial Day deal and would have the estimate to me the following day and we would have our pool completed by July 4th. It's now 5/23 and I've left four messages since then with his office, called his cell phone and sent a text message, all with no response. This is completely unprofessional. If he didn't want the job he could have just said so. I've had another company come out and give an estimate, realistic delivery dates and have signed a contract. I don't recommend this company if you want to deal with a courteous owner.
