  • I went yesterday for an oil change and wash. The staff locked the keys in the car and blamed me because of the auto lock. Then scratched my window using the slim jim tool to unlock my doors. Spoke with the supposed GM this morning, Ted, and he was extremely rude and unwilling to assist with my problem. I asked for his title and his bosses number and he refused to give me. I called and made another complaint and now they tell me its going to the VP, however they will not give the name to this person. Not asking for much just wanted my money back from yesterday and someone to acknowledge that Danny's was at fault.
