| - This place is an awesome concept. Slight comparison to Dave and Busters only smaller. You've got gaming machines and you've got nifty arcade game machines where you receive tickets and get to use them to redeem prizes. Food isn't bad either and the drink deals are reasonable.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
No1. Waited at a machine ( in front of the bar! ) for over 20 minutes just to ask for a drink. Then it took another 10 minutes just to get it to me. I watched as they poured my shot, but instead of just walking it over, they placed it down and decided do to other tasks.
No2. Stood at the bar in front of the cashier because I wanted to order food. Servers, yes multiple. Saw me standing there and I counted the minutes before I was acknowledged again. About 10minutes. They were just standing there, talking. Not tending to anyone else, just talking. Laughing and chopping it up.
No3. Playing at a machine, server walked over. I stopped playing because at this point, I'm spending my money and not getting any service for it. Server looks over at the machine and as I sit and wait to see if I'd be asked if I needed ANYTHING the server just walked on by never to be seen again for another few minutes.
Service is just horrible here. Mind you I'm not a gambler. Maybe $20-40 dollars at most if and when I go to a bar. This place is the perfect spot for sports games and the food is decent. Games pay out, but the servers have no customer service skills. This location needs new servers tending the place. The sad part is both times that I've been in there I can count the number of customers in the bar on one hand. If you can't handle this type of work, you shouldn't be in this industry. I can't pinpoint one server, because it seems that all 4 of the servers ( during different shifts ), I've come across lack the strength for the definition of good customer service.
