| - When we arrived, there were no host to greet us. Later a lady asked me to be seated. I have told her we are a party of two. She told me to wait and I have seen people running after the staffs to check out (Service Failure). They didn't have the supreme broth dumpling where a signature dim sum place would have in most exquisite places. Compare with those places in Hong Kong, California, and New York, this is a huge step down. The service is always a weak sector of a Asian restaurant and this is no exception because service people are treated like a slave (low people and their face and attitudes reflects that as well). When you have to ask for everything from water, tea refills, even the basic items of the dim sum, it has already lost two stars with me. The seaweed salad is filled with artificial food color which made me sick to my stomach (the dye spill over the sesame seeds). I have ordered duck tongue, crispy roast duck, and jelly fish which are just OK. This place will never survive in California, due to lack of real competition (China King, SIFU, and Golden Budda), it is a winner by default so I will hope to see other giants who will come over here. Even Albuquerque had better dim sum than this.
