  • I am from Louisiana and was in town on business. Tried the crawfish étouffée and Voodoo chicken. Both were really too hot with pepper to taste the flavors. Étouffée was thick and pasty with very few crawfish. Needed to be more like gravy and more crawfish. Voodoo chicken was okay. Just some suggestions. I did enjoy the music and decor though.
