  • My wife and daughter took a tour of the Hoover Dam. They had ended up over booking the bus so instead of doing what most places would do and tell you "sorry" and "better luck next time", they upgraded them at no extra cost to the limo ride package. We got a call after the tour was over and back at our hotel that apparently my wife's wallet had fallen onto the floor of the limo. They had a driver bring it to us at the hotel ASAP. All money and cards were still in place. Super great customer service. Can't say enough about how happy we are with the experience.
