Moly Maid, led by Marlene in our case, has been cleaning every two weeks. Work is done quickly but quite well and there certainly is an effort to please. Only issue is higher rates for any cleaning after a suspended (by us) appointment due to our being away for vacation. Suggest that these additional fees be suspended for 2-3 times per year before surcharges are added. Have found that the same amount of time is spent on the appointments following a missed one (partly because the house hasn't been occupied each day).
