  • A delightful experience. We have a Samsung refrigerator, and Samsung could not find anyone for us. Of course our frig chose a Friday AM to misbehave. I called A & E because I had used them previously in So. Calif. They did not have anyone available until Wednesday the next week. Meanwhile our food is in a cooler and at my girlfriend's house in her spare frig. She referred me to Accredited Appliance. I called them and they had someone out the next day. Drew was very knowledgeable about Samsung. He came back the next day with the part needed and fixed it. Yay! All is well in our kitchen again. Thank you.
