| - My first time using this facilty. I didn't choose this location but U-Haul chose it for me. A little farther from my home than other locations but it had the cargo van I needed. I just needed the van for a few hours for a quick moving project. I've never rented a U-Haul before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The male that assisted me, James, was less than friendly. However, he was very fast so I concluded he's been doing this awhile. What concerned me the most was James never asked if I had driven a cargo van before. He didn't give me a quick walk-thru. He didn't ask if I had any questions. He literally pulled the van up, jumped out and said, "there you go" then walked away. I took a second to familiarize myself, although it was pretty simple. Again, I wasn't making a long trip in this vehicle. Use of the vehicle was uneventful, which is good! When I dropped the van off, another young male greeted me. He had a bit more of a personality. I was on my way in less than one minute. Bottom line, their fleet seemed plentiful so getting the vehicle you want is likely. It appeared they had a lot of moving supplies inside. However, customer service is completely missing. If I were the business owner, I would be very concerned of this. That said, I'm assuming the owner doesn't care because looking at the photo of an employee flipping a customer off, on this Yelp page, appears to be James, the guy who assisted me when I arrived. Regardless the situation, that type of childish behavior is completely unacceptable in any environment.
